I have been loving seeing all the reels for little tarts too! Will absolutely give them a go when I’ve got some time to spend in the kitchen.

Thank you! It is quite delicious and fresh and tangy. For salad greens, I go with a mix of leaves, usually smaller and softer than a Cos. Like a combination of baby spinach and rocket/arugula which is my go to. I’ll often add some coral lettuce, baby endive or torn butter lettuce/mignonette leaves if I have them handy.
